A cozy basement ensuite with private entrance.

If you choose to book the basement En-suite. You'll have a semi private back entrance (shared with me) So I can access my garage. There are stairs down to the suite with a low header above the entrance into the suite. Generally not an issue. Once in, you'll find a kitchenette/laundry area as well as your own bathroom. The ceilings are 6ft + and generally not an issue as well. The space The basement en suite has a rustic/garage feel to it. You'll find barn metal walls and a shop floor finish. You will also find a lot of amenities for you to use. Two TVs a kitchenette/laundry and a workspace area with free WIFI ! Guest access If you rent the basement en-suite you'll have access to the gas grill that is in the garage out back. you'll have access to the fire pit as well! Other things to note Please note ! You will hear me from time to time upstairs! I apologize in advance for floors creaking while moving around on the first floor, it's an home!
