The 1975 Sugar Chalet is located in the heart of recreational adventure. The 1975 Sugar Chalet is a clean, undisturbed & pristine property with the most serene atmosphere. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay while enjoying the outdoors - this is it! You’re never going to want to leave this lovely slice of heaven in the woods. Our guests will have access to the entire home (excluding garage) as well as the large deck, fire pit & property. The inside fireplace is available during cold months and will be stocked with wood and fire starting supplies. The Traeger Grill is located on the concrete Slab and is also supplied with pellets and any grilling essentials you may need. Free large parking area is also available on the property. We want to give you your space but we will be available by phone if needed. The 1975 Sugar Chalet is located on Sugar Lake Trail in Cohasset, MN. The famous Sugar Hills Cross Country Ski Trails are just across the way for all your skiing and Hiking needs. A Hub of ATV/UTV and Snowmobile trails are only a mile down the road at the Shingle Mill Entrance. Sugar Lake is a mere 2 miles down the trail as well as Sugar Lake Lodge, which offers golfing as well as Otis’s Bar & Grill during the Summer months. Hop in your ATV and cruise down for a bite to eat, but don’t leave until you have enjoyed the one and only exquisite sunset on Sugar Lake. You can use your Vehicle, ATV/UTV, Snowmobile, Bicycle, Cross Country Skis, or Hiking Boots for getting around the neighborhood. We have a free Large parking area at the 1975 Sugar Chalet if your pulling a Trailer. Our Property has maintained trails right from the chalet for endless Exploration. The 1975 Sugar Chalet is located in one of the most desirable areas in Cohasset, MN. We are surrounded by everything recreational. Sugar Hills Trails, Blandin ATV & Snowmobile trails, and Tioga Recreation to name a few. We are also located right between both Sugar & Pokegama Lake. The boat landing is 3.2 miles from the Chalet. Make sure to bring the boat! We have the room for you to park it! And, although we have a full kitchen readily available - we know that there will be nights when you don’t want to cook. Rightfully so! You’re on vacation. We love to support our locally owned & favorite restaurants.
