Our 100-year-old house, located in the heart of Colonial Beach features Coastal farmhouse decor with a floor plan to accommodate 10 guests. This house has plenty of room for your family. the house is 800 feet from the Sandy Beach. A walkable distance to Gift shops, Coffee houses and pier it's the best spot in town. The fenced-in back yard is perfect for children and pets, featuring a large playhouse, covered picnic area, gas grill, and fire pit. Plenty of activities for everyone in your group The house was originally a General store built in the 1920’s it was moved to the current site in the early 1940’s. Three Birds cottage has been lovingly renovated over the years but still has it’s historical charm and character of a 100 year old house. We invite you to use the house as you would your own, take advantage of the fenced yard and playhouse for the kids, feel free to use the bikes and beach chairs to watch the sunrise on the beach or to see the spectacular sunset on Monroe Bay. Colonial Beach is a Golf cart community, there are golf cart rentals in the area, the house has two bikes and you can walk to restaurants and the beach. Colonial beach is a quiet small town. if you are looking for a low key getaway this is the place. We are very different from the Outer Banks, Ocean City and Virginia beach. There are restaurants , wineries, breweries, coffee houses,shopping, boating and fishing, and many historical sites you can visit.
