WELCOME to our fun & beachy Coastal Cottage, where you can check your worries at the door. We take care of dishes, trash ect upon checkout(NO CHORE LIST FOR GUESTS!)Designed in a coastal fashion, with an amazing arcade room! Your family and friends can unwind in the hottub, play in the arcade, enjoy the outside firepit, or take a 10 min drive to historic downtown river walk! The Coastal Cottage is a 15 min drive to Wrightsville Beach and minutes away from the major shopping area in town! The space This Coastal Cottage comes with self-check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, a private and fully fenced backyard ready for entertaining your family and friends! From the moment you open the front door, you know you are entering a fun space. The simple design and spacious layout boasts tons of natural lighting, and many desirable amenities. Immerse into the "Coastal" life style theme with calming earth tones mixed with vibrant beach colors! In the family room, there is space for all. The deep seats and comfortable sofa provides a remarkable space for gathering and connecting. There is a 55" smart TV ready for movie night and more. The indoor fireplace is for viewing, but cannot be used. The spacious dining room table is where many memorable times, laughter, and quality family meals together will be shared together. The kitchen offers a broad array of cookware and is a wonderful place to stretch your culinary skills. Please open the cabinets to find the toaster, blender, utensils, and more. Also, don't forget to turn on music via our Bluetooth DOSS sound bar to fill the place with your favorite jams! Coffee: The coffee bar station is at your service! There are k-cups available with variety of flavors for you to choose as well as creamers. For a larger crowd, there is a standard coffee machine located in the corner cabinet as well as coffee and filters in the pantry! Here are the bedrooms and bathrooms as you enter the home and turn left down the hall: All beds are cooling memory foam for some of the best nights of sleep you could ask for! -- Bedroom 1: The Master bedroom presents a king size bed with luxurious linens, 38” smart TV, a large closet and an attached bathroom. For children: there is a hidden den with pillows and lighting that can be accessed through the master closet... super fun for the kiddos! -- Hallway bathroom: Enjoy with hair dryer and extra sets of towels. -- Bedroom 2 features two Queen beds and can accommodate up to four guests! This room also has a large closet, cloud like bedding, and a 38" smart TV! -- Bedroom 3: Features a Queen and a Twin. This comfy space includes a large 55" Smart TV, a bunch of great family board games, and the entrance to... the arcade! -- Arcade: Over 400 vintage arcade games between the cocktail and stand up gaming units; foosball table; hoops challenge; a foosball table in the main room and in the small den attached to the arcade is a 38" smart TV that you can hook up your gaming system to while relaxing on the ground chairs! As you exit the back door, you will find the propane fire pit, outdoor furniture, Hammock, and Gazebo waiting for you (mosquito net is installed and only needs to be zipped up at the entrance)! Turn on the Edison lights for a breathtaking evening in a serene backyard space in the evenings (remote for the lights is attached to the wall by the back door). Guest access Guests can access the entire house with the exception of the master bath closet, the upstairs hallway closet, and the garage. Feel free to explore the rest of the place! Other things to note - Smart lock! We will provide you the code on the day of check in. Please remove your shoes !! Pets are absolutely welcome at the Cottage! Please add them to your reservation as there is a $100 pet fee associated with bringing furry travelers :) Additionally, please keep furry travelers off of the beds and furniture 🙏 ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES Events (family gatherings, birthdays etc. must be coordinated for with us before it is allowed :) Back Yard Etiquette Please turn off the Edison lights when your finished using the backyard for the night! The remote is located right next to the back door :) - The indoor fireplace is for your viewing only and cannot be used due to potential fire hazard. - No smoking, drugs inside the house! - No excessively loud music to respect our quiet neighborhood. - Quiet hours are from 9pm - 7am daily - Require guests to be 18 years or older unless parents/guardian present! - No third party booking. - Although we have the property regularly serviced to fend off the North Carolina pests, we cannot guarantee 100% that bugs will not try to enter the house during your stay! Your reservation may include up to 9 guests maximum and our home can handle up to 5 vehicles maximum between the driveway and street parking along the front yard.
