Small, but so economical. No hidden fees or cleaning fees! 1860's farmhouse stay in a private room and bath with a private entrance. We do live here too, so you could expect ambient noise from 7a-11p but we’ll be quiet On the way to or from FL? We are your perfect stopover!! Just 2 mi. off of I-75 on Hwy 41 this home is near the town of Forsyth GA Watch the trains or enjoy a peaceful evening outside. The property has pecan, fig and peach trees which a guest can enjoy when in season The space Private entry leads into a small sunroom, perfect for reading or relaxing. Leads to a small bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand and closet. Don’t get your expectations up about a spacious room. It’s not. Enough room to function and hey, a full bath too!! Guest access Guests can access their space by a private entrance. Once in their room, guests may access our kitchen for cooking, microwave, refrigerator and coffee. Bar seating and dining room table are available for a meal too Other things to note We do have a friendly dog named El and a cat, Ollie (who will do her best to avoid most visitors). Pets will not ordinarily be in your room but the possibility of pet hair *exists* for those who need to know
