Sleepy Nook Townhome can sleep 4 people and is centrally located in the city of Hamilton and literally JUST STEPS to the Spooky Nook Sports Complex / Convention center. Unit has a garage and off street parking. Within walking distance or a short drive to all of Hamilton's bars, restaurants, shopping, and parks. This and our other units are favorites for MIAMI University families, those visiting Kings Island, and Cincinnati / Dayton. This is a freshly renovated 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhome that sleeps 4 people. Each bedroom has a Queen bed and the full bathroom is up stairs, it has a walk in shower only (no tubs). The back bedroom has an office space for those needing to conduct remote work. The front bedroom has a beauty bar for make up and getting ready for events or a night on the town. The space has full laundry with a washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen, from utensils to pots and pans for guests who would like to cook. We provide off street parking, with a one car garage and driveway parking in line with the garage. We want everyone to enjoy our space. This probably isn't the ideal space however for children as there is a wood staircase and has not been toddler proofed (electrical outlets and baby gates). I give my guests space but am available when needed. Since we live close by, we are available should something arise. Hamilton is going through a huge rebirth. After the loss of industry and an economic downturn, the city has worked hard to rebrand itself. From Operation Pumpkin, which has been featured on the Travel Channel, to being the new home of the future Spooky Nook Champion Mill sports complex (the largest sports complex in the United States), there are all kinds of things going on. There are areas going through gentrification as people are once again attracted to the area. Take a short walk to visit Marcum Park, enjoy an outdoor concert at RiversEdge, watch Great Miami Crew practice on the river, head to the art gallery at the Fitton Center, or visit one of the local breweries. With its close location to Miami University, the convenience of staying here will be appreciated by visiting families. Hamilton is a very walkable city, but also has plenty of parking for those driving. Residence is located just a short distance from the Great Miami River bike trail with links to Cincinnati and Dayton. We operate 2 other similar spaces that could be rented together for larger groups. Properties all directly neighbor each other and could host up to 13 adults and 2 kids (via bunk beds).
