The garbage room around the corner from the elevator. From the elevator turn right and turn right again it will be at the end of the corridor. Please separate dry and wet garbage. 2. Please do not throw any tissue and trash in the toilet ‼️ 3. Please do not throw any leftover or food in the sink drain as it might block the pipe. 4. Please do not leave any air-con on when leaving the room. 5. The door will lock automatically when you closed. Please do not forget the keycard in your room. 6. (For stay monthly rate and over 20 nights) The room stay will include 2,000 THB of electricity a month if the amount excessed 2,000 THB (5 THB per unit) there will be an additional charge. Bill will be charge after check-out refer from the electricity bill. You can check the meter yourself if you want. 7. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and is only permitted outdoors. A THB 5,000 deep cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the house.
