Northlea-Scottish style cottage

We are in a very quiet location. The house is attached as a separate unit to our home. The cottage has been equipped and furnished to ensure as relaxing and comfortable holiday as possible, and it has its own individual character and style. You will have full and individual access to the guest house and all of its amenities. With lovely views over the hills of Beauly and the Ben Wyvis to the west is the ideal location to base yourself for touring the Highlands . The space Our cottage is well equipped.There is a spacious barhroom with shower, toilet and sink.Towels, soap and shampoo are provided so no need to take your own. The bedroom has a double bed with a comfortable mattress and storage area for your luggage and clothes. All bedlinen provided. A small kitchen with sink, own stove, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and whatever you may need for cooking. The living room has a comfy double sofa bed, where you can relax and watch the TV. The sofa is a sleeping option for two adults. Outside is a seating area in the back garden. Guest access Guests have full and sole use of the cottage and grounds. Guests are able to use the off road parking space for two vehicles, located right beside the house. Maps are provided with brochure's of local activities. Other things to note It is forbidden to organize any kind of party.In the apartment, only people covered by the reservation may be accommodated. Quiet hours are valid for everyone from 10pm to 6am.Please note this is non-smoking apartment - sorry.
