To get into the gym/sauna, you will have to go to the guard house, and they will let you in. They monitor that space. The tennis court and basketball court are available to you as well. You also need to ask for the key at the guard house to access the tennis court. Gated community with security. Other things to note 4th floor walk up. No elevator. Self check-in. You are only permitted to use our parking spot. Do not park anywhere else. You cannot hang anything to dry on the balconies. Use the dryer or the racks on the rooftop.
