The place is very close to the City, public transport and family-friendly activities. Great central location with an easy walk to City, South Bank Parklands, Brisbane river, Cultural Centre, museums and galleries. This studio is located in a secure, well maintained complex. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Although clearly not brand new or in the luxury category, this clean and tidy self contained studio apartment is comfortable and perfectly located. The space Property features include: - Kitchen with electric appliances (big fridge, cooktop, microwave), utensils, plates and cutlery - Good-sized bathroom with a washing machine (powder is provided) - Double bed, wardrobe, table, TV - An extra single innerspring mattress (sometimes a folding bed) can be provided upon request. Please contact me before booking if you need an extra bed, as we need time to prepare it. - An extra single mattress, linen, towels for third guest can be provided upon request. Please take in consideration that this is a small studio and 3 guests can stay for a short term. Please have a look at the floor plan and the photos carefully if there 3 of you. In some cases staying with 3 guest can be inconvenient. - Large balcony – perfect place to relax with the city views - Unlimited Wi-Fi internet - Air conditioned - One car parking spot is included.
