Our home is actually a duplex that we rent out as a single home to large families or groups. Upstairs is a 4 bed / 2 bath and downstairs is a 3 bed / 1 bath unit. Both have fully equipped kitchens. No Cleaning Fee! We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25. Period. Note: Pillows, Sheets & Towels are NOT provided but can be rented locally for a fee. Allergies: While we do not allow pets, our house is NOT “pet free” as pets have stayed here. The space Less than 100yds to the beach. Quiet. Guest access Both units, the back yard, front decks and roof deck. Other things to note Everything is done using unique pre-programmed access codes. No keys, no worries about power failures or internet access trouble. The upstairs unit features central air. There are ductless "mini split" air conditioners in the downstairs unit. One in each of the three bedrooms and one in the living room. This is sufficient to cool the entire unit. There are also several floor standing fans in the bedrooms. No groups under 25yrs of age. There are no exceptions to this rule. In keeping with LBI traditions, sheets and towels are NOT included in the rental cost. We do provide pillows but as we are unable to sanitize them between guests, guests may wish to bring their own. An optional rental service is available from a local provider for guests who do not want to deal with packing pillows, sheets and bath towels. Other items of note: We do provide hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and cleaning products. We provide a roll of toilet paper to get our guests started, but due to the number of guests we cater to it isn't feasible to store and provide a full supply for each rental. No smoking. No parties. Respect the neighbors and the area. Clean up after yourself and treat our home like it was your own. After accepting AirBnB's terms, Guest will be sent a rental agreement to sign and return. Reservation is not final without signed agreement. By booking with AirBnB, you and all in your party agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
