Coot Cottage sleeps 4 and is on the Lower Mill Estate, part of the Cotswold Water Park. It has wifi, stunning lake views from the large south-facing balcony, a wood burner & 2 bedrooms - a super king (can be a twin) & a king - plus 2 bathrooms. There is free access to the Mill Village outdoor swimming pool, sauna and 3 tennis courts, but not the spa. Canoe, kayak, paddleboard & bike hire can be booked. Great wildlife walks and bike rides from the door. Suitable for adults, children and dogs. The space Coot Cottage is a terraced property built with the honey-coloured Cotswold stone and is located on the quietest part of the Lower Mill Estate. It sits on the banks of Somerford Lagoon, the largest lake on the estate and has a big balcony with access to a shared jetty. There are fabulous views of the lake from all parts of the living area, one of the bedrooms and the balcony. This has a dining table for 4, another 4 bar stools, a parasol plus a charcoal barbecue. Downstairs in the cottage there is a large living area with a dining table that seats up to 6 people, one three seater sofa, one two seater sofa, a wood burning stove and smart Tv. There is also a small desk in case you do have to do some work whilst you are on holiday. The open plan kitchen has an electric oven with grill and 4 ring induction hob, microwave, full-size dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee make and large fridge freezer. On the ground floor there is also a hallway for storing coats and boots plus a cloakroom with loo and basin. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size double bed (5 foot) with views of the lake and an en suite shower room. The other bedroom has a super king size bed (6 foot) which can be split to make 2 x three foot singles. There is also a large bathroom with bath and shower over. We welcome dogs at Coot Cottage but ask that they are kept downstairs and off the furniture. There is a charge of £25 per dog per stay. Other things to note Dogs are charged at £25 per dog per stay.
