Rental unit in Geiselbach

In our cozy 2-room apartment with just under 50sqm, everything is offered to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is located in the basement of our single-family home and has its own access. The space The apartment was embellished when the house was purchased in August 2022 and placed for AirBnB. From February 2023, there were newly paved paths and a separate entrance to the Airbnb to create more privacy. In January 2024, the apartment was completely renovated and expanded to a higher standard. New floors New Bathroom New kitchen and much more.... In 2025, the new exterior facade was added. Part of the income is put into the maintenance and modernization of the apartment. Guest access On the left side of the house, a small path leads to the personal side entrance of the apartment. If the space in front of the house is free, it can be used for unloading and loading. Unfortunately, there is an absolute ban on stopping in the street. However, the nearest free parking spaces are only a 1-minute walk away, from house number 24 upwards. Other things to note Due to the increased incidents in the past, we unfortunately have to act. - Due to the repeated contamination and damage of your own washing machine, we charge a fee of €1 per wash. Washing tablets are provided. (the alternative would only be that washing is no longer offered.) -We reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning fee in the event of increased cleaning costs. This is common in Airbnb, but we would like to point this out again.
