Art meets comfort - Modern, large apartment

Spacious apartment with modern amenities and lots of art in a quiet yet central location - whether with a partner, family or friends, you can only feel comfortable here. A wonderful starting point for small or large excursions, to the nearby lake area or to the World Heritage city of Regensburg. But also relaxed and/or entertaining hours in the accommodation or in the garden allow our guests a unique vacation experience. The space The apartment is located on the second floor of our annex in a quiet residential area overlooking our courtyard garden. Up to six people can enjoy their stay on more than 100 square meters. Our guests can choose from different sleeping options: Choose from the jungle room with a king-size bed, the balcony room with a double bed or one of the two sofa beds in the spacious living room. The open-plan cooking/dining area has a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen. The large dining table invites you to share meals and also offers enough space if, for example, you have to work on a laptop. In the spacious bathroom, there is a large shower cabin with a rain shower. Soap and shower gel are of course available to our guests. If something has been forgotten, we also provide emergency products such as toothpaste, shampoo, etc. on request. Household helpers such as a washing machine, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, etc. are also housed in the bathroom. The balcony belonging to the apartment is equipped with outdoor furniture and a parasol and, like the garden, invites you to relax outdoors. We also have additional loungers available for our guests. Guest access Our guests have the entire apartment to themselves. Garden and terrace including garden furniture, gazebo and barbecue are also used by me, my family and friends. Other things to note We want our guests to feel completely comfortable. That's why we have a small breakfast package as a goodie, so that the first morning can start stress-free. Entertainment is provided with books in various languages, a gaming console including numerous different games, as well as board games for young and old. There is plenty of information material for planning leisure activities in and around Schwandorf. The special extra of the accommodation is certainly the large and small works of art, which can be discovered in the rooms and which were largely created in the art studio on the first floor. There is also a small showroom that invites all art lovers to browse. At irregular intervals I also offer creative workshops. Information about this is of course also available on request.
