1 Bedroom upstairs with 2 double beds, fridge, kettle, and Roku TV, in a quiet location on the edge of a village. Downstairs area with kitchenette, 2 sofa's and Roku TV. Private parking and good motorway access. Separate lockable entrance, private bathroom and beautiful views. Outside grassed area for your own use (April to September). Fibre optic broadband. Sleeps 2 adults and 1 to 2 children. The space The downstairs, bedroom and bathroom are in an annex attached to our family home. We live at the property with our two children and two dogs. The annex has a separate lockable entrance and is for your sole use during the stay. There is a separate garden area for guests to use during the warmer months (April to September). Guest access Access to the downstairs of the annex with kitchenette and seating area. Upstairs access to the annex bedroom and bathroom. Separate outside area in the warmer months (April to September). 1 parking space on our driveway. Other things to note We won't accept bookings of 3 or more adults. The property is for at most 2 adults plus 1 or 2 children.
