Other things to note -THINGS TO KNOW- Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: Before 10:00 AM Self-check-in: Access the property conveniently using a keypad. Maximum occupancy: Up to 6 guests allowed. -GENERAL HOUSE RULES- We’re excited to host you and want to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. Please review and adhere to the following rules during your time at our property: No Parties or Events: To keep things peaceful and enjoyable for everyone, we don’t allow parties or events at the property. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited indoors and anywhere on the premises. A $500 fee will apply for violations. Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book and stay at our property. Booking Accountability: The person who makes the booking must be present for the entire stay. Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, please minimize noise and refrain from playing loud music after 10:00 PM. Key Access: For security, do not share the keypad access code with anyone not included in the booking. Visitors: Only registered guests listed in the booking are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted. AC Policy: Please keep all doors and windows closed to maintain air conditioning efficiency. Candles: For fire safety, the use of candles is prohibited. Swimming: Use the pool at your own risk. No Glass in the Pool Area: For everyone’s safety, glass is not permitted in the pool area. We provide plasticware for your convenience, so please use that instead. Bottles of any kind should also be kept out of the pool area. Furniture Care: Please do not sit on indoor furniture while wearing wet bathing suits. Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities on the premises are strictly prohibited. -PET POLICY- We welcome dogs at our property with the following guidelines: Cleaning Fee: A $200 non-refundable cleaning fee applies for guests bringing dogs. Pet Limit: A maximum of two dogs are allowed per booking. Supervision: Dogs must not be left unsupervised at any time. Safety First: Our property has a pool and canal access. For their safety, dogs should never be left unattended near these areas. Relief Areas: Dogs should only use the designated relief areas: the front yard or the right side of the house (when facing the home). Turf and patio areas are off-limits for pet relief. Housebroken Pets: Only fully housebroken dogs are permitted. Breed Restrictions: Some breed restrictions apply due to insurance requirements. Please inquire for a full list of restricted breeds. For your safety, always supervise children and non-swimmers. Proximity to Water: Our property backs onto a large canal, adding to the scenic beauty and offering direct water access. Caution should be used near the water, especially with children. Safety Devices Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have installed exterior security cameras facing the front and back of the home. Additionally, noise monitoring devices are present in the family room and in both the front and back of the home. These measures ensure a secure and peaceful stay for all our guests. Carbon Monoxide Alarm: Your safety is paramount, so a carbon monoxide alarm is installed at the property. Smoke Alarm: A smoke alarm is also installed to provide early detection and ensure your safety in case of fire. Property Information Stairs: Please note that the property includes areas accessible only via stairs. This may be a consideration for those with mobility issues or small children.
