Four acres of recreational space are the centerpiece of this incredible resort. Vacationers can enjoy an oversized pool with surrounding loungers, a winding lazy river, water slide, and tennis courts. An impressive 5,600-square foot central clubhouse also offers a full-service fitness center and plenty of lounging space, including a private patio and fireplace. Poolside dining is available, with many more options nearby. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES) • You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. • If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $60 both USD only for your entire stay. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 95ºF. Be aware that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.) TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. BBQ Grill: Please contact me for more info about BBQ Grill, an additional fee may apply. - 3 Burner Grill: $100/week Thermostat: You can adjust the temperature using the thermostat on the wall. However, please try to keep it between 70 and 78 degrees.
