There is 1 bathroom (with shower & bathtub) on the first floor, 1 en-suite bathroom (with shower) to a second floor bedrooms, 1 downstairs WC, a modern fully-fitted kitchen with dining area, with washing machine, and a large first floor lounge. The Kitchen/Dining area has doors to a small paved patio and lawned garden. All bedrooms have Smart TVs with access to Freeview and catch-up apps. Guest access You have full exclusive use of the house, driveway & garden during your stay Other things to note Please note this property has a 'Ring' video doorbell at the front of the house for safety and security of the property and our guests, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels). Guests are required to complete an online pre-checkin via our partner ChargeAutomation, which includes ID and selfie verification.
