I am happy to welcome you :) A large kitchen, daylight bathroom with shower + bathtub, a fireplace and workplace in the spacious bedroom/living room await you. 75 m² living space and 24 m² covered terrace. 2 parking spaces are available right in front of the house. The apartment is in the countryside on the outskirts. Wolfegg is the ideal starting point for leisure activities such as hiking, cycling and culture. The Altdorfer Forest (the largest forest area in Upper Swabia) is right outside the front door, so to speak. Welcome! The space The property is well equipped and offers a cozy ambience with the fireplace. The spacious kitchen is connected to the private living room/bedroom (no door). The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, two comfortable armchairs and 1 bunk bed, which can be connected to another lower double bed. Mattresses are 2x hard and 2x medium. A workplace with a comfortable chair is also available. You are here in the countryside and have many opportunities for sports, culture or just relaxing :) The farmhouse museum and also car museum are spontaneously within walking distance. Here it is also predestined for mountain bikers, so you can take a few km of trails in our beloved forest. I would be happy to provide information or go with you :) Guest access Access is via a partially shared hallway, where the guest cloakroom is also located. From there, go straight into the closed apartment on the ground floor. Other things to note Charging station for electric cars is available in the garage and can be used for a fee. However, charging is only possible by arrangement and not completely independently, as access to the garage is required. The washing machine costs €5 per load including detergent. Tourist tax €1.10 from 6 to 15 years, €1.90 from 16 years per night is to be paid extra for vacation guests on site upon arrival or departure.
