2 Bedroom Holiday Cottage with Hot Tub on small family run farm in Cardross, Argyll & Bute . Outdoor patio area and seating for warm summer days. Cosy living room with wood burner for those chilly winter evenings. Cottage is only a stones throw away from seaside town of Helensburgh and 20 mins drive to The Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond. Trains also available to Glasgow City, West End of Glasgow & Scotlands Capital, Edinburgh The space One level property with good size bedrooms , living and kitchen area. Main bedroom has king size bed, hanging rail, chest of drawers, complimentary robes for hot tub and accent chair at bay window to take in the beautiful Cardross countryside. Second bedroom has single twin beds and looks onto private back garden. Double Wardrobe and complimentary robes for hot tub also included. Bathroom newly installed with separate bath, shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Living room faces to front of house again with stunning views over the Cardross countryside . Field in front homes our small flock of sheep which can often be seen from the vast bay windows. Living room is furnished with a 4 seater sofa, ‘snuggle sofa’ and footstool. Newly installed woodburner also features in the room with HD smart TV. Note; tv signal isn’t always the best however able to access apps via TV such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC iplayer ect. Kitchen also newly installed has toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Dining table and chairs at bottom of kitchen accommodates 4 persons. Complimentary tea and coffee provided. Two level decking at side of property includes 6 persons wooden dining set, hot tub. Weber gas BBQ also provided. Property has a 6ft fence to allow privacy . 4ft farm fence at front of property to optimise views down to River Clyde. Note; farm house pictured in background of outdoor pics is currently unoccupied. Access comments; front door includes 4 steps with hand rails at either side . Back door at kitchen has small decking area which also features two steps. Guest access No access to farm . Holiday Cottage only. Other things to note Family run farm in countryside . Single track farm road not tarmacked may not be suitable for all road vehicles ie sports cars . Especially in winter months .
