It is conveniently located in the Bloomington/Normal area and within 5 minutes of ISU and within 9 minutes of Rivian. The space The 2 bedrooms are spacious and each is furnished with a queen sized bed and dresser along with an updated full sized bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances and amenities for cooking meals. The living room contains comfortable furnishings including a huge sectional and a 50" Smart TV for streaming your favorite programs and lounging! Laundry facilities are located in the back of building through the back bedroom exit door. Other things to note To complete your reservation, we require a signed renter agreement. This document will be sent to you after booking and must be signed and returned prior to check-in. Entrance to the laundry room is through the door in the back bedroom. Washer and dryer are coin-operated.
