Nice rustic house of 120m2 in Dobres

This lovely rustic house of 120m2 is located in the village of Dobres, Cantabria. In a location surrounded by nature and mountains, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility. In the village is the Posada El Sestil where you can enjoy the local food. At 17 minutes by car, you will find the village of La Vega where there is a beautiful public swimming pool (photo) and do shopping. With capacity for up to 9 guests, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay. The space As you can see in the photos, the house is divided into several floors that we detail: GROUND FLOOR * The living-dining room with sofa, television and dining table (the fireplace is decorative). * An independent and equipped kitchen - A full bathroom FIRST FLOOR - The sleeping area is organized as follows: * Bedroom 1 with a 150cm double bed. * Bedroom 2 with a single 90cm bed * Bedroom 3 with a 150cm double bed * Bedroom 4 with two 90cm twin beds * Bedroom 5 with a 150cm double bed - A full bathroom It is a warm and cosy space, well used and orientated to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have. The house does not have air conditioning or fans (which are not necessary in summer as it is a stone house). The house is heated by a gasoil boiler with radiators in all the rooms. The hot water works through a gasoil boiler. You can park on the street, it is free.
