The large, bright and airy spaces of this apartment in Casal Velino Marina are divided into: 2 bedrooms, kitchen with living area, full bathroom, half bathroom, furnished terrace. Villa Bellavista is the ideal place to enjoy the sun and the sea, and to discover the many beauties of the Cilento National Park. The space Villa Bellavista is a small tourist facility located on the hill overlooking the port of Marina di Casal Velino, in a panoramic position. It includes 5 holiday apartments, making it ideal as a holiday home for small groups or large families. This apartment in Cilento is located on the -1 floor with respect to the street level, to reach it you must go down a flight of stairs. The living area window and the master bedroom balcony overlook the sea side; the bathrooms are blind, the bathroom with shower is equipped with a fan for ventilation. The beach of Casal Velino Marina can be reached in a few minutes on foot via a path/staircase that leads directly to the sea (and to the center of the village) from the property, through a natural garden with a Mediterranean landscape. Compared to the street level, the difference in height is comparable to about 5 flights of stairs. On the free and sandy beach at the foot of the hill there is a kiosk that offers catering and rental of umbrellas and sunbeds for those who wish. The center of Marina di Casal Velino and the main services are about 800 m along the provincial road, a few minutes by car or on foot (it is equipped with a sidewalk and illuminated at night). Our small Cilento village is home to several restaurants, bars, pizzerias, stores, as well as a children's playground and other activities for children and adults. Within the same range, you will also find a post office, bank, pharmacy, gas station, church, tobacconist, bike/car rental, barber, hairdresser, and grocery stores. Guest access Available to guests: large shaded barbecue area with outdoor furniture, for common use, library from which to borrow titles of various genres, in Italian and German. Free parking along the street (we do not have private parking). Other things to note Accessories for children: travel crib / high chair / bottle warmer / baby bath ONLY on request (limited availability), at no extra charge.
