There is a small gym with some equipment, great for those who like to workout. The neighborhood is also safe and perfect for walking or going on a run. The house is located in the quiet town of Jarrell, which is halfway between Killeen and Austin. This is a perfect location for those who work in Killeen, Temple, Belton, Georgetown, Round Rock, or Austin. There is easy access to interstate 35 and highway 130. There is a local grocey store 5 minutes away as well as several local restaurants. Check out the Food Truck park for some delicious bites. Want to do some shopping? Drive a short, 15 minutes to the Wolf Ranch Town Center or keep going another few miles to the Round Rock Premium Outlets. Do you love wine? Head west for 12 minutes to visit the Vineyard at Florence for a wonderful wine tasting, or weekend brunch. Guest access This is a residential area. The house is easy to find. There is parking on site and if you have a guest over, there is parking for them as well. Other things to note Miss your furry friend? Don't worry! There is a spunky, loving Bombay cat ready to accept all the neck scratches and play time you have to offer.
