Our modern interpretation of a classic Catskills Boarding House. Two painstakingly restored buildings comprising eight units ranging from one to four bedrooms, each with their own kitchenette and living space. Designed to follow the elegant simplicity of the Shakers with a focus on natural materials, functional design, and the luxury that comes from well made things. The Boarding House is an homage to the Catskills of old where hospitality came first. The space Apartment 7 spans the entire downstairs of the Lower House and is one of our most spacious accommodations. The space features four bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The apartment includes an 8-seat dining table, kitchenette, and a living room with well stocked library. Perfect for a group of friends or a family retreat. Located just a two minute walk from Callicoon Main Street and a 20 minute drive from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts! Guest access In addition to Apartment 7 you'll have access to the Upper Boarding House which is home to our communal spaces such as the Library and Parlor Kitchen, which you are free to use at any time during your stay. Complimentary continental breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 7:30 to 9:30 in the Parlor Kitchen.
