This newly finished one-bedroom suite features a comfortable queen bed with an in-built closet, offering a spacious and thoughtfully designed setting for both short and extended stays. The suite includes a full bathroom with fresh towels provided, along with a kitchenette equipped with all the essentials for light meals and snacks. The space Located in Willoughby Heights on 202 Street, this fully private one-bedroom basement suite offers comfort and convenience in one of Langley’s most desirable neighborhoods. With your own separate entrance through the garage and the entire suite to yourself, you’ll enjoy independence and peace of mind during your stay. For your security, exterior cameras are installed around the property. These monitor only outdoor areas such as entrances and never look into the suite or any private spaces. Please note that the main floor of the home is occupied by tenants. Their entrance is completely separate from yours, and while you may occasionally hear light footsteps above, there is no shared space or interaction required. This is simply shared for transparency and your awareness. If you have any concerns or specific privacy requests, please feel free to reach out before your stay. We will gladly do our best to accommodate and ensure you feel comfortable and at home. Guest access You will have two separate access codes for the suite. The first code is for the garage door. To enter, input the code and press enter. Once inside the garage, simply press the garage button located to the left of the entry door to access the suite. The second code is your unique smart lock entry code for the suite itself. This code, along with the garage code, will be shared with you a couple of days prior to your check-in time. Please keep an eye out for the message with these codes. You will have full, private access to the suite, and the garage area is included for your use. Free street parking is available. For safety and security, only registered guests are permitted on the property at all times. If you wish to have visitors, prior approval is required. Overnight stays are only permitted for registered guests. Other things to note You’re welcome to park on the street, which is closest to your front entry door. If you prefer, you can also drive around to the back of the property where you’ll find free visitor parking. In the rare event that neither street parking nor visitor spots are available, you may use the driveway at the back of the townhome. If parking in the driveway, please use only the right-hand stall. Please note that the suite does not include a stove or laundry facilities, and entry is through the garage. From time to time, there may be tenants in the unit above, so you might occasionally hear light footsteps. Conveniently located just minutes from Highway 1 at the 200 Street exit, this suite provides quick access to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions while still offering a quiet and private retreat. We kindly ask that no smoking, marijuana use, or illegal substances be used or brought onto the premises.
