The space It is a completely separate unit from the main floor, with its own secure separate entrance, private laundry, clean 3-piece washroom with full shower and hygiene supplies, and high-speed fibre internet (Bell). Guests will have one free on-site parking available for them. It has 1 fully furnished cozy bedroom with a large walk-in closet and can host up to 2 adults. The laundry is located in the closet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and dining equipment, as well as an electric stove and oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and coffeemaker. There is a large island and 2 swivel bar stools. Additionally, the living room has a large smart TV with access to services such as YouTube and Roku; keeping you entertained and amused during your stay. The TV also has Disney+, Netflix, Apple TV+, Crave, and Prime Video, however they require guests to login on their own. There is a spacious work space with a large study desk, chair, light. The suite has a private separate den that can be used as needed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire suite in the basement. The property has 1 free (the west spot on the driveway) and 1 paid parking (the west spot in the garage) available to guests. Other things to note We are a quiet, small, and friendly family who live on the main floor. We strive our guests to have a memorable and relaxing stay, and as such we highly value privacy, cleanliness, hygiene, and are dedicated to keeping our property tidy and well maintained, expecting the same from our guests.
