In the general rules of this listing, it is mentioned that check-in must be made before 21:00hrs, but actually, we can make check-ins at any time (even at midnight or in the extreme early morning of the next day), however, check-ins after 21:00hrs have an extra charge of 26 USD, while check-ins before 21:00hrs don´t have any cost at all. Even though the terrace is a shared area, and it is possible that some time other neighbor can be there, usually the terrace is totally empty. The place is on the third floor without an elevator. Please note that the parking spot is only suitable for medium and small vehicules. Big cars or VANs will not be able to come in to the parking.
