Large sun terrace with private garden. Nearby there are small bathing lakes and child-friendly destinations, in winter sledding hills. Lake Constance can be reached in 1/2 hour. A small town with everything you need is just 2 km away, Ravensburg - with its old town with cafés and shops in just 15 minutes. The space Our tiny house is a small refuge in the middle of nature. Ideal for a family of 4. Located directly on the edge of the forest, it is the ideal place to escape the stress of everyday life for a few days. Completely made of wood, the living space offers warmth and comfort. Biking trails and hiking trails start right outside the front door. The Wolfegger Ach offers beautiful spots to play and swim along its course. No street noise and light pollution. On the extensive property there is a ping-pong table, soccer and badminton field, slackline and trampoline for children. Our private pump track can be shared by our guests after consultation if the weather and the ground allow it. (only suitable for bicycles, as it is not tarred) Our Hjem-tinyhome. de is ecologically developed with natural wood, in the entire house we have put a lot of emphasis on natural materials. Many details and ideas we have collected while traveling in our favorite places have been incorporated into the design. The house consists of an open, fully equipped kitchen with dining area , bathroom and a cozy living room overlooking the garden. Two separate bedrooms with double beds can accommodate families or even 2 couples. Linens, towels and kitchen essentials are included. In the kitchen there is a filter coffee maker as well as a French press and Italian espresso cooker. Adjacent to the living room is the large terrace and the garden with sun loungers and barbecue. Here is another room which also serves as a bicycle garage, with charging facilities for e-bikes. A baby bed and highchair can be provided. One dog may be brought along per house, please book it. Guest access There is a private parking space right in front of the house. Bikes can be stored in the garden. Bolanden is a tiny, sleepy place where many families with children live. We ask that our guests observe the speed limit and drive considerately through the village. Other things to note Our tiny house in Bolanden, a small paradise in the countryside in a valley in the Altdorf Forest. From here you can explore the forest and the many trails by bike or hike. The house is located at the end of the village, where there is no street noise or traffic. In the village 2 km away there is a supermarket, pharmacy and everything essential. Ravenburg can be reached in 15 minutes by car. There are cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities here. Bad Waldsee with natural lake, outdoor pool and thermal bath is 9 km away. Lake Constance and the Allgäu can be reached in just over 30 minutes. There are numerous swimming lakes, outdoor pools and thermal baths as well as excursion destinations for families such as the Wolfegg Farmhouse Museum, Ravensburger Spieleland and also some official bike parks nearby.
