Eco Tiny House by the forest - near Lake Constance & Allgäu

Exceptional ecological tiny house surrounded by nature. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, you can explore nature, hiking trails and mountain bike trails start right by the house. Large sun terrace with private garden. Nearby there are small bathing lakes and child-friendly destinations, in winter sledding hills. Lake Constance can be reached in 1/2 hour. A small town with everything you need is just 2 km away, Ravensburg - with its old town with cafés and shops in just 15 minutes. The space Tiny house in nature – your retreat to take a deep breath Our tiny house is a small refuge in the middle of nature – ideal for families or couples who want to escape everyday life for a few days. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, you can enjoy absolute tranquility here, far from the noise of the road and light pollution. The perfect base for active recreation: bike trails and hiking paths in the Altdorf Forest start right outside the front door, and along the Wolfegger Ach, you will find idyllic spots to play, relax, or swim. The spacious property offers numerous leisure activities for all ages: a ping-pong table, a soccer field, a badminton court, a slackline, and a trampoline for children. Our private pump track can also be used by arrangement (suitable for bicycles only and subject to weather and ground conditions). Of course, they live in the Hjem Tiny Home Our Hjem Tiny Home was built out ecologically with natural wood. Throughout the house, we place great emphasis on natural materials and thoughtful details. Many of the inspirations from our trips to special places have been incorporated into the design. The house offers: • an open, fully equipped kitchen with dining area • a bathroom • a cozy living room with a view of the garden • two separate bedrooms with double beds (ideal for families or two couples) Bedding, towels and basic kitchen equipment are of course included. For coffee lovers, there is a drip coffee maker, a French press, and an Italian espresso maker available. Enjoy the outdoors Directly adjacent to the living area is a large terrace with a garden, sun loungers and a grill – perfect for relaxing hours outdoors. An additional room serves as a bicycle garage with a charging station for e-bikes. For families with small children, we are happy to provide a crib and a high chair. One dog up to a maximum of 20 kg is welcome per house (please specify when booking). Guest access There is a private parking space right in front of the house. Bikes can be stored in the garden. Bolanden is a tiny, sleepy place where many families with children live. We ask that our guests observe the speed limit and drive considerately through the village. Other things to note Perfect base for excursions Despite the quiet and natural location, you can reach everything you need in just a few minutes: In the town just 2 km (1.2 miles) away, you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, and other shops for your everyday needs. You can reach the historic old town of Ravensburg in just about 15 minutes by car. There, you will find cozy cafes, restaurants, small boutiques, and a wide range of shopping options. Lake Constance and the Allgäu region are also about 30 minutes away and offer perfect opportunities for varied day trips – from relaxing hours by the water to spectacular mountain and nature experiences.
