It also have television with tv box, wardrobe, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dining table, kettle, hair dryer, clothes hangers and daily essentials like instant beverages, towels and toiletries. We also allow light cook in kitchen area and have provided sets of cutlery and dinnerware for you. All are welcome to enjoy staying in our unit. Guest access Guest will self checked in with password locks & access card. And guest will have the entire unit and you can feel free to use condo facilities with obey rules and regulation of these facilities. This apartment has a security level with 24 hour security surveillance to assure safety during your stay. Other things to note - Please keep properly access card throughout your stay and ensure return access card once check-out. It will impose penalty RM100.00 for guest if loss of access card. - Strictly not smoking allowed in our unit (Penalty RM200.00). You only can allowed to smoke at downstairs lobby area and pls throw your cigarette butts into trash can properly but not throw on the floor or balcony. - Please turn off all electricity and water before going out - Please be quiet without making loud noise after 10pm till 8am since we have neighbor beside our unit and appreciate for your considering. - No pets allowed as set by apartment rule.
