Welcome to Lake Hills Hideaway. This house was recently remodeled and designed for you to have a fun time with your family. The house is walking distance to the beach, has a large 2500 sqft yard, a dedicated cornhole area, as well as a fire pit, picnic table, and hot tub. Did I mention there's an arcade room in the basement? Read more and you'll see why this is the perfect place to enjoy a long weekend with your family! The space As you enter the house you'll notice the design and decor are very welcoming. The furniture is comfortable, and the amenities are exceptional. The first floor living room has a 55 in smart TV, and full size pull out couch for when extra sleep space is needed. You'll find a large primary bedroom with a queen bed, full size pull out couch, 55 in smart TV, dedicated work space, and a sliding door that exits to the deck. There is a full size bed in the second bedroom, and an additional queen bed located in the basement. There are 3 smart TV's throughout the house, so you can enjoy streaming your favorite movies and television shows. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to prepare meals for you and your guests. A coffee maker and Keurig are provided for those coffee lovers in your group. Ground coffee and K-cups are available for use. We provide our guests with toiletries, and all bed & bath linens. The basement is an entertainment area equipped with a large 65" ROKU TV. You'll be able to watch your favorite movies in surround sound, while being cozy in front of the electric fireplace. The basement also has an arcade room with hit games such as, Ms. Pac-Man, NBA Jam, and Mortal Kombat II. If you want something more relaxing, there is plenty of space to enjoy an assortment of board games with your friends and family. The basement laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. Detergent and dryer sheets are also included. Outside has a large fenced in 2500 sqft yard (not including the deck) that is wooded and private. There is plenty of space on the deck to entertain your guests, and enjoy beverages on the patio sectional. There is a charcoal grill for those of you who like to barbecue. If you enjoy playing cornhole, look no further. There is a dedicated area to play cornhole, and we even provide the set. When the night sets in, you can sit on the adirondack chairs and huddle around the fire pit. As outside temperatures cool down, you can relax in our new hot tub, equipped with powerful jets and an upgraded lighting system. The closest beach access is less than half a mile away. We provide beach chairs, towels, and a collapsible wagon to transport your belongings back and forth. If you prefer to drive to the beach, there is limited parking at the closest beach access. Otherwise you can drive less than 5 minutes to the large parking lot located at Washington Park. This house is complete and has something for everyone to enjoy! The front and side entrances are equipped with cameras and are always audibly and visually recording. Please be considerate of our neighbors. This is still a residential neighborhood and some of the neighbors are not on vacation. Please turn off any sound devices by 10 pm and be conscious of your noise level. Please be aware that the house is not child proof, and there may be some hazards on the property. Children will have to be closely supervised during your stay. We take pride in providing a premier stay. Please take care of our property so that guests can continue to enjoy everything we have to offer. Reserving guest will be responsible for any damages incurred. Hot tub has to constantly filter water! Never attempt to change modes. There will be a $250 fee for turning off the hot tub!
