It is easily accessible to the center of Lagoa, to the beaches of the east and south of the island. Nearby there are shops, services and entertainment such as: Bakeries, markets, convenience stores, restaurants, ice cream parlor, pharmacy, beauty salon and laundry, bars, the lagoon...and its beautiful beaches and trails to explore. The space The house is furnished and has two uncovered parking spaces, a large lawn and wooded yard, and a barbecue area. On the lower floor is the entrance hall, large living and dining room integrated with the kitchen that has a great countertop, washing machine and dryer, social bathroom, balcony and 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, one of which is a suite. On the upper floor there is a huge attic with a double bed with a fan, a desk and a view of Lagoa da Conceição.
