3 /4 bedroom apartment on 1st floor of a 2 storey villa, across from Coral Bay with sea views. Set in an olive grove, a citrus orchard, vines and fig trees. Large swimming Pool. No smoking. Close to vibrant restaurants and bars, water sports, archaeological sites and the beautiful Sea Caves. It sleeps up to 7 (2 double beds, 2 singles and comfy daybed in the study) It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, Ultrafast 1GB fibre WiFi, smart TV, large living space. The space There is air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. A spacious open-plan kitchen/dining/living space with TV. One bathroom with a bath/shower and an additional WC. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two singles. Every room has fitted wardrobes. As well as the three bedrooms, there is also a study with a day bed. Fridge dishwasher and washing machine are all new, as are all the beds and mattresses which have just been upgraded. The full bathroom is newly renovated. At the front, the apartment overlooks the beautiful Coral Bay which is just a minute walk away. At the back the apartment overlooks a garden of citrus, grape vines, fig trees and olive trees, as well as the swimming pool. The pool is available for guests use in a quiet and respectful way so as not disturb nearby residents. It may occasionally be shared with Stella’s family when we are there, and a single person residing next door. We ask that when used, there will be no splashing, diving or jumping into the water. As it very deep in places, children must be supervised at all times. We provide paddle boards for use at the beach, as well as beach towels, and beach umbrellas if you wish (although there are sun beds and umbrellas available for rental at Coral Bay). There is private parking in the driveway of the property. The apartment is on the first floor of a two storey house up one flight of stairs. There is no elevator. There is a roof terrace one further flight of stairs above that, for your private use. Beautiful sandy beaches in close proximity. The unique beach of Coral Bay is one minute away. Other sandy beaches are a 10 minute walk. Guest access The apartment is above the owner's residence, but has its own private entrance. The owner is not always there but is always available for help when needed. Guests have private access to the apartment and the roof terrace above the apartment. Guests have shared access to the courtyard leading to the large swimming pool. Other things to note We provide beach umbrellas, beach matts and folding chairs to take down to the beach. We also provide paddle boards at guests own risk. Coral Bay is supervised by lifeguards from April until October and is generally a very calm bay suitable for little ones and beginner swimmers. When calm which is generally the case, it is a paddle boarders’ paradise. Guests will be responsible for their own safety, for any harm to themselves, and others, or the paddle board. Our villa which is right opposite the sea is unusual in that it is set in approximately an acre of land, with fruit trees. Guests are always welcome to share the fruits of our land : passion fruit, grapes and figs in late summer, apricots in spring and oranges and clementines in winter. Whereas check in and check out are the standard 12 noon and 3 pm we make every effort to accommodate your needs and flight times as much as possible.
