The space With a sunny, north facing setting, there are three double bedrooms plus a single bedroom on the main entry level. There are also 2 recently renovated bathrooms on this level including an ensuite plus a large family bathroom with bath and shower. The open-plan living area is the much-loved heart of this home. With cathedral ceilings, a wall of windows, bi-fold doors that lead out to large verandah, bbq area and garden with a fire pit and trampoline for the kids. The large kitchen is well equipped with five-burner gas hob, wide stone benches and oodles of storage, providing a relaxed hub for the family to gather around. Outdoor living is a must with a covered terrace for year round alfresco dining and the lush level lawn and established garden creating a beautiful tropical backdrop. Downstairs in the house basement there is a seperate work area with Desk and wi-fi access and its own bathroom. Access to the laundry is also in the basement - washer and dryer. Please be aware that there are several low beams in this area so please take care when walking around. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house.
