A loft-style accommodation, attached to a single-family home in a beautiful location. Unique, warm and comfortable architecture. The scent of wood and contact with nature will transport you out of everyday stress! A balcony and large grounds offer views of the Fjord and mountains. Sunrise and sunset are unique. It's a great place to settle in, not far from the Parcs Nationaux des Monts Valin and Saguenay Fjord. The space An open home with full kitchen, dining room and small open-air living room, an attached bedroom and a private bathroom with shower. A double bed in the master bedroom, a comfortable folding single bed in the living room and a double sofa bed. A furnished outdoor gallery facing the Saguenay Fjord, a picnic table in a country setting. An outdoor fire area. Possibility of a high chair and baby playpen. Independent entrance. Guest access Guests will have access to parking, the gallery, the picnic table in the backyard, the outdoor fire site and the loft attached to the main house with a full kitchen to cook their meals if needed. Also has a washer and dryer if needed. Other things to note The village of Sainte-Rose-du-Nord is the pearl of the Fjord, the view is magnificent and the walks on the quay and the surroundings are very pleasant. Sainte-Rose-du-Nord is close to two National Parks, Parc des Monts Valin is renowned for enjoying the abundant snow in winter and Parc Saguenay is a unique place to see belugas in summer. Tadoussac is only 45 minutes away and is the best place to see whales and the St. Lawrence River. Many outdoor activities are accessible near the village in summer and winter. Restaurants are not open year-round, so it's best to let us know before you arrive to plan your meals in winter. Everything is at your disposal to cook your meals if you arrive with your small grocery store. It will be possible in my presence only and on request to do laundry if needed for a small amount for laundry soap and drying.
