Guest access You have full private access to the studio, and parking on the right side of the driveway. Other things to note Important Note: Tailoring Your Comfort Year-Round Your privacy is paramount, and while the studio has its exclusive exterior entrance, it shares the central air system with the rest of the building. In consideration of your comfort, we equip the space with a window AC unit for those warmer months, usually May-September, allowing you to cool the temperature to your liking. As the seasons change, we're prepared to keep you cozy. During colder months, a small heater is at your disposal to ensure the studio remains comfortably warm. *note, there may be some odd hot or cold days out of season, when the heater or window unit are not installed. In these cases, the temperature would be disctated by what the main part of the house is at that time. We strive to create an environment that adapts to your preferences throughout the year. Feel free to adjust the settings to maintain the perfect temperature for your stay.
