Cozy tiny house with fireplace

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The space About this place and the surrounding area: The cozy tiny house is located in the beautiful district of Herzogtum-Lauenburg. The forest is within walking distance of only a few minutes and there is a lot of nature, forests and beautiful swimming lakes throughout the area! Pure country idyll and wonderful for relaxing in nature. There are nice little towns (Ratzeburg about 20 min/Mölln 15 min and Lübeck about 30 min) and very great bike paths, e.g. on the Elbe-Lübeck Canal. The Baltic Sea is about an hour away. In the neighboring village there is a bakery, a delivery service (pizza, etc.), a Greek restaurant and a kebab snack bar. An organic shop can be reached in about 4 km, the nearest supermarkets in about 7 km. The tiny house is located on a street. Even in the village, traffic noise may occur at certain times of the day. The space: The tiny house consists of a living room with fireplace and open kitchen, a bathroom and a cozy bedroom on the upper floor. There are two double beds here. The country-style kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, and offers everything for everyday needs. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed and can be used as an extra bed if needed. There is also a large terrace and a small garden available to our guests. The property has parking. The apartment is ideal for couples with or without children, or friends who have a desire and enjoyment of nature and want to recharge their batteries. There is also the possibility, by arrangement, to book a walk with our ponies or guided rides through the forest. The horse paddock is within sight of the property. Other: The Wi-Fi is unreliable. Sometimes it works perfectly and on other days there is no connection. - Due to the current situation, we ask our guests to turn off the heating before leaving the tiny house, to heat moderately and, at best, to use the fireplace for heating! - Please do not leave any food or dirty dishes in the tiny house. - When checking out, please empty the garbage in the bins provided for this purpose next to the carport.
