The upper floor is now also fully developed and closed off and can be booked at an additional cost if necessary. It has no separate entrance. A balcony room with 4 beds and a double room with extra bed as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet and wonderful views of the greenery. A total of 11 adults can be accommodated comfortably in the Woidhaus. About 5000 m² of meadows surround the house and offer enough space to romp or relax. Take a seat at the large, cozy table in the eat-in kitchen or make yourself comfortable on our "Gredbäng" and enjoy your vacation. Our house is a non-smoking house, smoking is allowed outdoors! Unfortunately, pets must stay outside. Our Woidhaus, located in the middle of the forest, promises a lot of relaxation and joy. Your immediate neighbors are only the animals of the Bavarian Forest. Here you are at the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, hiking and biking! In winter you can ski and cross-country ski in the immediate vicinity. Right outside the front door is your own sledding slope and starting point for snowshoe excursions. A paradise for families, bikers and hikers, or even those who need absolute peace! Located at the foot of the Pröller, you have the perfect ski resort at your doorstep in winter. In about 30 minutes you can be at the big Arber or in the Czech Republic. The Woidhaus is located at the end of a private road and is about 800 m to the nearest public road. Ideal for families with children who need space or those who long for peace and quiet! You can swim and relax at the pond, which is about a 5-minute walk away. The fish are happy about food and like to be watched while eating. Nearby is Grün and St. Englmar. There are two amusement parks, an indoor play hall, museums, a climbing garden, restaurants, countless hiking and biking trails. In the nearby Viechtach you can shop well and cheaply. The Pfahl with its climbing facilities, an outdoor pool and indoor pool are also located there. About 20 km away you can reach the Pfingstritt town of Bad Kötzting where a casino and the AquaCur adventure pool are just two of the many highlights. The Woidhaus is an old farmhouse, which we have renovated in recent years with a lot of love for detail. Partly it was also left outside in its original state to preserve the flair. So is the 200-year-old barn. It consists of 3 floors. The lower floor is still in its original state. The middle floor was completely newly expanded as a living area. A bathroom with a rain shower is just one special feature.
