The space The apartment is located on the 6th floor, consists of a living room with a separate kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartment is bright, sunny (east-facing windows), and air-conditioned. The room has a double bed. An additional sleeping area is available on the mezzanine. The apartment is equipped with basic equipment (household appliances, hair dryer, iron + ironing board), towels and necessary hygiene items. Internet and audio-visual equipment with Chromecast access are also available. I invite you to spend sunny evenings on a charming balcony overlooking the city (and with a little luck with a view of the Tatras!), and on rainy days, to watch movies on a large, almost cinema screen. :) Location and neighborhood: The apartment is 5 km from the Main Square, but it is well connected. Access to the airport by city rail takes about 20 minutes (including the time to get to the stop), to the Main Railway Station about 17 minutes, to the Main Square about 30 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are grocery stores (Żabka, Lewiatan, Lidl) and a fruit and vegetable stall. Within a 10-minute walk – a large shopping complex (Ikea, Galeria Bronowice, Castorama, Obi), In the adjacent building there is a Trattoria, in close proximity a pub with craft beer and a delicious ice cream shop. Basic service premises (doctors' offices, beauty salons, hairdressers) are also available in the area. In a few minutes you can also reach the gym and tennis courts. Other things to note • There are three sleeping places in the apartment (a double bed and a mattress on the mezzanine), but on hot days the mezzanine is not very comfortable. • There are freight railway tracks in the immediate vicinity (trains run on average once every two hours, so they are not burdensome). • No smoking and no parties in the apartment.
