Sunny apartment by the park + extras for train travelers

Quietly located very close to the Harburg city park, it is possible here to spend a time in Hamburg in a beautiful, simple ambience. Rooms are furnished with beautiful antique furniture, complemented by modern beds. I don't want bookings for just one night. If there are important reasons for this, I would exceptionally do it. The space The wooden furniture and floorboards in the rooms make living here cozy. to take a reasonably climate-friendly and environmentally friendly vacation. All surfaces are treated with eco dyes. The bright curtains do not darken the bedroom. Please keep this in mind when you rent. The apartment doors in the house are made of tinted glass. This may cause you to feel impaired in your privacy. Then you should not rent from me. Help protect the environment: I only heat as much as is required. Please let me know at what times the rooms should be heated, I will set up the heating accordingly. Please leave the curtains in the rooms open during the day, when the sun is shining, it heats up the rooms. in each of the bedrooms there is a double bed of 1.4 m wide. If rented for two to four people, these two double beds are made. A fifth person can be accommodated on the comfortable sofa bed in the kitchen. The sofa bed is only covered with a sheet if the rental is for five people – or if you specifically let us know that you want to use the sofa bed as well. however, the fridge of the kitchen is a little noisy, it should then be turned off at night. Guest access Access leads from the front door via a normal staircase to the apartment upstairs. Other things to note For train travelers who want to stay four nights, I offer a free one-night extension when booking three nights. Please let us know in the booking request.
