CIR 014019 The space The apartment is on the second floor (with an elevator) of a lovely complex a few steps from the center of Chiesa in Valmalenco and 600 meters from the ski lifts. The apartment consists of a large living room with a characteristic table, a double sofa bed and a TV. From the living room you can access the hallway of the bathroom (with a washing machine) and the bedroom (double) with a large wardrobe. The living room overlooks a beautiful balcony with a view of the mountains. Guest access The apartment is fully usable as well as the garage (no. 3) located on the ground floor. Information on how to reach and access the apartment will be provided by email once the expenses (if due) and the deposit have been paid (see other details). Other things to note Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Sheets, towels, and kitchen towels are not provided. Expenses related to consumption and the deposit must be paid by bank transfer at least 5 days before arrival, otherwise the access codes will not be provided. The deposit is set: For stays of less than 5 days, no deposit is required €150.00 for stays between 6 and 60 days €250.00 for stays longer than 30 days. The deposit will be returned within a maximum of 5 days from departure; any damage will be communicated to the guest and deducted from the deposit. Failure to turn off the thermostat (winter) will result in the host being charged for the extra costs incurred. Stays longer than 30 days: As required by Italian law, a tourist lease will be sent by email, which will be registered with the revenue agency once signed.
