Ideal for family holidays with direct access to the magnificent beach for swimming, kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing. The space Relax in comfort: The cottage sleeps 5, with one double bedroom, another with twin beds and the third with a single bed. Well fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, built-in cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. Lounge with sofa and chairs, TV with Freesat HD, and small dining table for mealtimes. Bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin as well as a separate toilet with washbasin. The washing machine is located in an adjoining utility room. Private grounds: The property is set in four acres of private sand dunes, in a privileged position directly above the beach, with stunning views and beautiful sunsets. There is 100m of beachfront and a private path leading down to the beach. Close to village and shops: The house is a five-minute walk from the centre of the charming village of Rhosneigr, with access to its shops, cafes, pub and restaurants. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and garden as well as a direct path to the beach. Other things to note Heating and hot water: There is gas central heating and unlimited hot water on demand. TV and internet: The property has high speed fibre-optic wireless internet and an HD TV with Freesat. Outdoor space: The cottage has a back garden and front patio with picnic table and sea views.
