Located in a secured subdivision near Angeles city/Clark and San Fernando, it is perfect for a peaceful getaway or staycation for small families or group of friends. Fully equipped with basic amenities, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TV. It is also near trendy cafes and shopping malls. We follow sanitation protocols before and after each guest. It is equipped with amenities and facilities such as: - Free high-speed fiber broadband Wifi - 55" Smart TV with free Netflix, Disney+, Youtube, Spotify etc. - 2.65m x 6m size outdoor pool area - Bedroom (1) with King size bed w/ AC - Bedroom (2) with Full size bed w/ AC - Loft with Queen size bed w/ AC - Two Toilet and Bath - Bathroom towels, bar soap (only 1 set of bath towels [per guest] will be provided for stays less than 3 nights - Window nook at the loft - Fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and cutleries - Built-in oven - Vitroceramic cooktop - Small refrigerator - Microwave oven - Rice cooker - Electric kettle - Garage for parking, plus street parking There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants around the neighborhood.
