A stylish and private pad that is highly accessible: walking distance from a cafe and a grocery store, 5-minute drive from the airport, 10 minutes to the town proper, and 30 minutes to the nearest beach. It is perfect for working from home or for resting after exploring Catanduanes. Aside from the free breakfast and Netflix, we also arrange budget-friendly Catanduanes island tours that include visiting Binurong Point, Bato Church, and many more - exclusive to our guests. The space This guest suite is on the second floor and is separated from the main house. What we offer: 1. Airconditioned room with extra airbed. The room can comfortably accommodate 3 people. If you need more space, you can also book our other room (Cozy Guest Room that can accommodate 4 guests) at the same time. 2. Toilet and bath with shower heater. We will also provide bathing essentials such as towels, shampoos, and soap. 3. Netflix and WIFI. Password will be shown once you book the listing. 4. Breakfast of pandesal, sandwich spread, and coffee/milo. 5. Downstairs is a patio with a bar and an area where you can dine, work, or just hang out. 6. Emergency lights in case of brownouts. 7. Early check-in allowed depending on the availability of the room. Guest access You have access to a parking area and you can use the kitchen inside our main house if you need to cook. Just let us know in advance. If you want to tour the island and visit Binurong Point, Bato Church, and many more, we offer a budget-friendly rates exclusive to our guests. They are gentle but please let us know if you are allergic so that we can keep them away from your room.
