To avoid odors inside. ANIMALS /PETS 1- small animals are allowed by the condominium rules, and due to the size and practicality of the space; 2- it is advisable not to leave the animal alone in the space, to avoid damage, noise that may generate complaints; 3- it is advisable that animals do not use the bed, to avoid the accumulation of hair on the covers, which can generate extra costs for washing and sanitizing. RULES OF COEXISTENCE 1 - Access by persons not belonging to the reservation is prohibited. 2 - The parking space must be strictly obeyed, and it is not possible to use any other space in the condominium under penalty of a fine. 3 - It is expressly forbidden to hold meetings or parties that do not comply with the community's access and noise rules, under penalty of a fine.
