Riversong Cottage is a charming two bedroom holiday cottage situated next to Aysgarth Falls in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. With open plan sitting room/kitchen with log burner, smart tv and cloakroom on the ground floor. Stairs lead up to 2 double bedrooms both with smart tv's and a large shower room. There are many beautiful walking routes leading from the front door. The cottage overlooks the river and is situated opposite the delightful Mill Race Teashop which serves delicious food. The space Guest's enter the cottage into the bright and contemporary open plan living space with underfloor heating adding to the feel of comfort, wooden shutters and a log burner. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable home-from-home, including an induction hob, an electric oven and grill, a dishwasher, fridge and microwave, plus an ice box and a coffee machine. Up to four diners can easily enjoy a delicious meal at the wooden dining table, while a handy WC is also downstairs. Stunning countryside walks can be found through the village, as well as in the surrounding Wensleydale area, where the views are not to be missed. You can sink into the sofa while relaxing by the roaring wood burner and enjoying the Smart TV which comes with subscription services and a DVD player – perfect for a cosy night in. The peaceful master bedroom upstairs is neutrally-decorated and luxuriously furnished with a king-sized bed for maximum comfort. Two stylish shuttered windows directly overlook Aysgarth Falls, with window seats built in to allow you to enjoy the calming view. The second bedroom is a good size with two full-sized single beds and a large window flooding the room with light, while both bedrooms are well-equipped with Smart TVs and ample storage. The smart shower room is large, with a walk-in shower unit. Foodies will be delighted by the village’s sumptuous pubs, cafes and tearooms – all within a mile’s radius of the property and a wooden bench outside the cottage allows you to sit and take in the sound of the river while relaxing with a drink. If you are feeling a little more energetic, walking routes lead from your front door along the river.
