FAQ: Is this an entire house? -No. The rental is for the room only but the house is big and you can use the common areas like the living room where you can watch, you can cook in the kitchen, and even work in my home office. There's a possibility that there will be occupants in the other rooms. My place is close to EVIA Mall. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house. We will charge extra 4000 pesos if you smoke indoors. Strictly NO PARTIES & NO VISITORS ALLOWED.
