In addition to the indoor space, you’ll find a great patio with a dining table with seating for six and a gas grill in the side yard, and a front porch with bench seating. The back and side yards are entirely fenced in. Note that the property includes two units: this home and a detached studio apartment. You may see the studio guest from time to time as the studio is accessed from the driveway. Each unit has its own private, fenced outdoor space. Other things to note The string lights on the patio are on a timer. If you’d like me to adjust them, just let me know. A note about parking: This unit comes with one free driveway space. Additional parking is available on the street. Daytime street parking (6am - 2am) is free, but the City of Pasadena charges $3/night for overnight street parking (any parking between 2am and 6am), payable nightly through an app or in up to 10-day increments at kiosks throughout the city.
