You will have your own parking space with keyless entry into your private suite featuring a bright living room with a dedicated work station. A fully stocked bathroom and a cozy Cal King bed await you for a peaceful night of sleep after a day spent exploring the Hudson Valley. Walkout Suite with private entrance, driveway parking, bathroom, kitchen, and cozy patio. A designated parking space on our private driveway leads you to the backyard and your keyless entry along a well lit path. Enter through the french doors into a fully stocked kitchen ready to accommodate four guests. Refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, tea kettle, instant pot, cutting boards and utensils, dishes, and reverse osmosis drinking system are available to you. Our plush carpeted main living space features bright natural lighting, a memory foam Cal King mattress, a designated workspace, Smart TV, Queen sectional sleeper sofa with upgraded foam mattress, fiber optic internet, plenty of outlets for your devices, and private bathroom. Our family lives on the upper level of the raised ranch so we will be available to attend to your questions and concerns very easily. My number is listed clearly in the suite so you can contact me as needed. If we are away during your stay, we will provide you with the contact information to our Property Manager. The suite is located on the lower level of our home on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood. We live in a residential area with horses across the street and crickets, frogs, and fireflies in the backyard. Located in the Town of Newburgh, north of Orange Lake. Quiet wooded neighborhood close to major highways for quick access. Ten minutes to town for grocery shopping, New York bagels, Pizza, Starbucks, restaurants…etc. We are ten minutes from Stewart International Airport and fifteen minutes from the Beacon train station. A bus terminal is located fifteen minutes from the house. She is not allowed in the suite, and uses only the front yard so will not be interacting with you, but we do want you to know that she is on the property.
