Villa Nera Rustica is located in Zadar, Crno, very close to the airport, in peaceful location mainly surrounded by nature that offers comfort and relax. Bus station is 200 meters away. It is perfect for getaway and on easy reach to all point of interests. House offers two separated apartments so during your staying you can have privacy when wanted. The villa offers a terrace where both apartments have entrance. Place is surrounded with olive garden and large swimming pool. The space The villa has 2 separated apartments: first one with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with pool views.; second one with 1 bedroom, couch (extendable) in the living room, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a same terrace with pool views. On the terrace there is a big wooden table for dining. A barbecue in a separate grill zone house is available for guests to use at the villa. Villa offers a large seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and barbecue facilities. The air-conditioned accommodation is 3 km from Zadar, and guests benefit from private parking available on site and free Wi-Fi. The villa offers a terrace. NOTE: Swimming pool is not in use from 1.11.2023. until spring time. Reservation for up to 4 guests is for the apartment with 2 bedrooms (2+1+1)... in case of reservation for 5th guest and more we will open second apartment. For any of these options our guests are always free to use swimming pool, extern toilette, barbecue house and all open space around villa. Guest access A separate place as indoor grill zone with outside toillete offers barbecue, small kitchen, 2 big tabels and is available for guests to use. Villa offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and barbecue facilities. Swimming pool is not in use after 1.11. 2023. until spring time. The villa offers a terrace. It is surrounded with olive garden. Other things to note Tap water is not drinkable. House is semi sustainable... water is from rain drops, well filtrated... in the area sometimes happens short lack of electricity and because the water pump is electric device it causes short lack of water.
